Can HFR get products not shown on your site?	Answer
Yes, sometimes-used equipment can be sourced from our database of contacts within hospitals. Simply request either by fax or phone and a coordinator will contact you about availability and pricing.
What are the standard warranties?	Answer
Beds and furniture, parts for one year from date of delivery. Headwalls, 1 year on parts. Accessories, minimum of 1 year. Source equipment, 1 year. Used equipment, 90 days.
Is delivery included?	Answer
No pricing shown does not include delivery and handling. With the cost of freight such a variable now we will offer an estimate or a not to exceed cost.
What is the typical delivery time frames?	Answer
Beds and furniture are 6 to 8 weeks. Headwalls are 8 weeks after the facility has reviewed and approved the product drawings. Accessories are 3 weeks from order. Source equipment is 8 weeks from project approval. Used equipment depends on stock.
